SiYPro’s Technical Support team passes another milestone

One of the cornerstones of Evonik’s SiYPro product range is our BEST Service.

Following this philosophy we always aim to carry out a full root cause analysis of every fouling situation. To achieve this our local Technical Managers work closely with our customers and the SiYPro Research Centers. Each situation passes through a rigorous SiYPro Technical Support project to gather data, analyse samples and draw conclusions, before the team makes a treatment proposal. Since implementing our electronic SiYPro Technical Support system in 2012 the team has successfully completed over 400 projects, ensuring our customers really do get the BEST support possible.
